Welcome!

We pride ourselves on having a welcoming team who appreciate what its like to start as a newbie, walking through the door is the hardest part but once in you'll find the team are willing to help get you to the next level until its your turn to do the same for the next new starter!

The work we have put in as a team is really showing on the Jiu Jitsu competition circuit with team 10pB winning in some very high level and well respect events
